Colin is the founder and Head of Legal Services at BC Resource Group, specialising in recruiting exceptional legal talent for top law firms and in-house legal teams across the U.S. and internationally. Since founding BC Resource Group in 2018, he has combined deep market insight with a tailored, data-driven approach, taking the time to understand each firm’s culture, values, and growth objectives to deliver talent that drives long-term success.

Before establishing BC Resource Group, Colin built his recruitment expertise across the New York and London legal markets, developing a strong understanding of both regional nuances and global talent trends.

Outside of work, Colin leads a philanthropic initiative focused on infrastructure development in the Caribbean, supporting sustainable growth and community empowerment.

Sam leads our Professional Services Practice, bringing expertise across all levels within the Professional Services sector. He partners with organizations to attract top talent, combining deep market insight with a relationship-driven approach to deliver outstanding outcomes for both clients and candidates.

With a strong US presence and a global network, Sam connects exceptional professionals with leading firms across Management Consulting, Financial Services, Private Equity, Accounting and Technology.  His corporate background and hands-on experience allow him to navigate dynamic, people-focused environments with ease.
